I'd been living in rented accommodation for 2 yrs and while I had accumulated a significant amount of furnishings and belongings to make my apartment a comfortable place to live. However despite my best efforts my apartment never felt like a true home. I employed Frances’s services in order to turn my house into a home and she delivered in a manner I didn’t think was possible using only what was already available to her, along with a minimal cost for extra furnishing. What a unique experience! Frances put me at ease as she explored each room and explained each step of living with style - working with what I had as opposed to what I had not! Everything she said about color, ideas, furniture, frames & pictures made total sense and I underestimated the impact Frances had on just working with what I actually had and why just some key pieces could bring about such a change to each room. I had a wonderful experience working with Frances. She staged my client's home beautifully and it was under contract in 10 days. The staging was lovely and she left the house spotless. I will definitely recommend to others and will use Frances for staging again.

Frances was wonderful in staging a huge empty home I had for sale. She has an eye for exactly what to do and how many things to add to make the home appealing. She helped me put this home in contract very quickly with both a happy seller and happy buyers. I would highly recommend you call her first for staging.

Where is the button for 6 stars? Frances is absolutely fantastic. Timing of staging for my property was extremely important, because we were having a bunch of work done (upgrades) and getting the house professionally cleaned and staged just in time for the photographer to get in and house listed in a very tight sequence. Frances worked with us, staged the house very nicely (and with more furniture than in her original proposal at no extra cost), and kept the furniture way past our contract just to make sure everything went through OK. She is a true professional, excellent to work with, and delivers what she promises (and more). If I had to sell another house in FL, I would absolutely pick her again. Thank you, Frances!
